Preside at all meetings of the Section.

c. Be responsible for the development and implementation of the programs and
policies of the Section which include enforcement of the By-laws; presentation of
agenda for each meeting; and co-signatory of all checks with the Treasurer.
d. Be an ex-officio member of all committees (except the Nominating Committee). e. Appoint the chairpersons of the special programs and projects with the approval
of the Executive Committee.
f. Perform The President may appoint temporary acting chairs of various
Committees when necessary.
g. Shall be the official representative of the Charlotte Section.
h. Have the Fiscal accountability to ensure the Charlotte Section of the NCNW
remains solvent. Within the first 30 days of taking office, the President will

The President shall
develop a strategic financial plan that would be voted on by the body once
vetted by the Executive Committee and revised semi-annually.

Shall be a member of the NC State Coalition Executive Committee.
